Muna is a shop for babies and kids, based in Sherpur, Bogura, delivering to every district of Bangladesh. It started with a problem we kept running into ourselves.
1. Why we started Muna
We bought toys online several times. The first orders were good. Later ones were not: the same kind of listing, but the toy that came was of very low quality, and there was no way to know that until the parcel was open.
A child does not care what a listing said. They care whether the toy works, whether it lasts, and whether it is safe in their hands. So we started Muna to be the shop we wanted to buy from: one where what you choose is what arrives, the second time and the tenth time as well as the first.
2. What we promise
- We check before we send. Every item is scanned against your order when it is packed, and every parcel is packed on camera. If a question ever comes up, we can look at exactly what went into your box.
- We describe things as they are. Size, material and age range are on the product page so you can judge before you buy. If what arrives is wrong, damaged or not as described, you can return it within 7 days of delivery under our Return & refund policy.
- You pay the way you trust. Cash on delivery, or online through a secure payment gateway.
- A person answers. Call 09639-661199, Saturday to Thursday, 9 AM to 6 PM, or write to us through the Help center.
3. From your order to your door
- Choose what you need. Checkout shows the delivery charge and the estimated delivery dates for your exact area before you order.
- Pay in cash when the parcel arrives, or online when you order.
- We scan each item against your order and pack it on camera.
- A courier brings it to your door: within 7 days inside Dhaka and within 10 days elsewhere in Bangladesh. You can follow it on your tracking page. See our Shipping & delivery policy.
